Payment by Installment Scheme
We don't want you to lose the opportunity to purchase any of our items when they are available, so if it is difficult for you to immediately find the money, we can offer you a pay by installment scheme.
We will accept a 20% deposit on an item, and then subsequent payments over a 6 month period until it is paid for in full. Any shipping or postage costs must also be paid in full before the item is dispatched. We will accept payments by bank transfer, standing order, cheque or by card over the phone.
Terms for repayment are flexible and can be arranged to suit you, we will not charge interest or storage costs. Please feel free to talk to us and we will try to help.
In the event that you change your mind after paying part of the full cost, we will issue a credit note for the amount you have paid, to be used at Love Deco for other purchases. Only in extreme situations will we consider a refund in cash. If you choose an item to buy on the installments scheme, we will take it off sale and it will not be available for other customers. If you change your mind it will therefore involve extra work in re-advertising the piece, and in this event the 20% deposit will be retained to cover costs.

NB: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend this scheme for any reason we consider reasonably necessary and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance to the scheme to any individual we deem necessary for any reason.
Payments & Shipping Information
You can make a secure card payment through our website using a debit or credit card including American Express. We can also accept payment by card over the phone or by bank transfer but you will need to contact us to make the appropriate arrangements.
We ship world-wide and arrange packing and transport through reliable, professional shipping companies or, where appropriate, by insured signed for mail. However we will only ship to Italy by a professional shipping company and not by mail. There will be no charge for shipping jewellery within the UK, other than that a standard shipping fee of £15.00 will be charged when you buy online. This may not be enough to cover larger items or international shipping. If that is the case we will contact you to discuss the delivery options and additional costs with you over the telephone or by email. Alternatively please contact us to discuss and confirm shipping costs before making your purchase. We will endeavour to ship your order within seven working days of receipt of cleared funds including shipping/postage.
Import Duties & Taxes
Once the item arrives in your country, you may be liable to pay import duties/taxes/fees including VAT, customs or handling or clearing fees by your Customs or Tax departments. These payments are your responsibility and we will not pay them. You should therefore make enquiries of the appropriate departments to ascertain your possible liability before making the purchase. If any item is returned to us because you have failed to pay duties or taxes, we will deduct from the purchase price (excluding the shipping/postage fee that you paid when you bought the item) any taxes and duties including VAT handling shipping & clearing fees and any other costs or fees we have to pay as a result of the item being returned. Any balance remaining will be refunded to you provided the item is returned to us in the condition in which it was in at the time of dispatch to you. No refund will be made if the item is returned damaged. We will not refund the shipping/posting fee that you paid when you bought the item.
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which are provided by the user will only be used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
